A week ago I have never heard about technical clothes because I have always wore cotton t-shirts and normal short. Today I have bought an Adidas t-shirt and shorts made of Clima365. The label says: ” …..provides optimal solution for improved performance & greater comfort….”
If they work I will buy another couple.
I bought Adidas t-shirt TEE AZNE for 24.95 €
And the pants are adiStar Baggy Shorts for 27.95 €

Hello everybody. Today was my first training day in order to run a marathon. I have been running for 3 weeks but without any plan. Today I simply did a test to know how strong I am.
I runned 4.4 Km in 24 min 54 secs. it means an average speed of 10.6 Km so, if I could mantain this speed for a marathon I would complete it in 3 hours 59 minutes which is not in the best of my age (32 years old) not even for women!
So I have a long road ahead.
